Details of our packages and pricing can be found here. These prices are firm and will not change unless you request something different/extra. There are no additional fees, and the price you pay covers all time, travel, processing and editing of your images.
During our discussion we will not only agree on a photoshoot length, we will agree on a date and time to meet up. From the meet up time we will usually spend about 5-10 minutes talking and getting to know each other so that we can better help capture what you need. Then we have your session, followed by a review of the next steps and a goodbye. So the best answer that we can offer for this question, is your preferred session length + 15 minutes!
DIGITAL: We pride ourselves on one fact: we include a copy of EVERY image taken during your photoshoot, unlike most other photographers who only supply a fixed number of those taken. Whether we take 50 or 5000, you will get a digital copy provided either via an online share or a USB drive mailed to you.
PHYSICAL: We do not include them automatically, but we can upon request. A price list can be provided during our discussion, we have the capability of printing on many formats including photo print, poster, canvas, blankets, pillow cases and more!
We shoot all of our sessions in RAW format, for maximum quality that we can then extract the best edits from. All images supplied to you will be JPEG, and a combination of the best quality and also the best file size for easy storage.
This is the million dollar question. Can't a friend do it with their phone or smaller camera? Of course they can! A slogan we hear often, that we agree with is: "the best camera is the one you have with you".
The only difference between them and a professional will be the quality, as professionals will usually have a better judge of lighting, angles and have an eye for seeing a photo-worthy moment unfold.
That is where the value lives, in being able to hand the responsibility over to someone who does this for a living, and can guarantee the quality and quantity of images that you will be enjoying for the rest of your lives.
Yes we can! We are based around Winter Park & Oviedo, and our most common sessions are booked around Orlando, but we are happy to discuss your photography needs wherever they may be. Contact us here and let us know where you would like our services.
It is all handled right here on our website! You can contact here us any time of any day and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Once we discuss your photography needs we can issue you a contract via email and complete the booking using our booking form. After all details have been finalized we collect all payments via the payment option at the foot of the booking page (all major credit and debit cards are accepted).
Depending on the package you purchase and how far out from the event date we may only ask for a deposit. This deposit amount is not a fixed percentage and can be discussed with us.
If for any reason a photoshoot has to be cancelled all deposits and payments are returned based on the following terms:
Don't worry, we are parents with a home schooled son with businesses that we run from home, so our busy schedules have forced us into a few cancellations in our time. We will not hold it against you, and will certainly not penalize the decision to cancel. A cancellation for any reason is acceptable and can be refunded with the terms in the above question (deposits).
Rescheduling is much the same, and we will appreciate any and all attempts to keep your session. If however a rescheduling happens within 3 days of your original event date there will be a $25 rescheduling fee due to our need to rearrange plans. If a rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours, 50% of the contract fee will be charged.
All provided information will be safely stored on a secure server, and only ever used for our own reporting (business/taxes). Images will likewise be secured within our personal storage system and made available after your photoshoot for one month for downloading. After the month has passed the download links will be removed, and copies of any images will then only be used for our own marketing purposes.
Yes! Your images are your own and you are free to do with them whatever you wish. The only rights that we retain to them will be outlined within the Release clause of the contract:
"I hereby give Skitt Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that they have taken of myself and those I was photographed with, to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade."
