The price quoted covers our time, travel, image processing, and final editing, meaning there are absolutely no hidden fees. Your investment will only change if you choose to add custom requests or extra time to your session.

During our initial consultation, we will collaboratively choose the perfect date, time, and session length for your needs.

To ensure a relaxed and seamless experience, we structure our time together in three parts:

• The Welcome (5–10 mins): We’ll connect, chat, and align on your vision before the cameras turn on so you feel completely at ease.
• The Session: The dedicated time focused entirely on capturing your images.
• The Wrap-Up (5 mins): We’ll review the next steps, timeline for your gallery, and say our goodbyes.

As a general rule of thumb, you can expect the entire experience to last your selected session length plus an additional 15 minutes.

Digital Images: We do things a bit differently here. We believe every moment of your story deserves to be kept, which is why we include high-resolution digital copies of every successful image from your session. Unlike standard packages that limit you to a fixed number of photos, whether we capture 50 or 500, they are all yours. Your final, beautifully edited collection will be delivered via a secure online gallery.

Physical Prints & Keepsakes: While physical prints are not automatically included in our base packages, we offer a full spectrum of custom printing options upon request. We can easily provide a pricing guide during our consultation. Our capabilities extend far beyond standard photo prints and canvases—we can bring your images to life on large-format posters, custom blankets, heirloom pillows, and more!

We capture all of our sessions exclusively in RAW format, allowing us to retain the maximum amount of detail, color data, and image quality. This gives us the perfect foundation to produce the absolute best edits for your final collection.

Your delivered images will be high-resolution JPEGs. This industry-standard format ensures the highest possible print and viewing quality while keeping file sizes optimized for easy downloading, sharing, and storage.

This is the million dollar question. Can't a friend do it with their phone or smaller camera? Of course they can! A slogan we hear often, that we agree with is: "the best camera is the one you have with you".

The only difference between them and a professional will be the quality, as professionals will usually have a better judge of lighting, angles and have an eye for seeing a photo-worthy moment unfold.

That is where the value lives, in being able to hand the responsibility over to someone who does this for a living, and can guarantee the quality and quantity of images that you will be enjoying for the rest of your lives.

Yes we can! We are based around Winter Park & Oviedo, and our most common sessions are booked around Orlando, but we are happy to discuss your photography needs wherever they may be. Contact us here and let us know where you would like our services.

It is all handled right here on our website! You can contact here us any time of any day and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Once we discuss your photography needs we can issue you a contract via email and complete the booking using our booking form. After all details have been finalized we collect all payments via the payment option at the foot of the booking page (all major credit and debit cards are accepted).

Depending on the package you purchase and how far out from the event date we may only ask for a deposit. This deposit amount is not a fixed percentage and can be discussed with us.

If for any reason a photoshoot has to be cancelled all deposits and payments are returned based on the following terms:

• If cancelled more than 10 days away from the event date, 100% fund returned.
• If cancelled within 4 days of the event, 50% funds are returned due to plans already being in place.
• If any event is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no funds are returned.

Don't worry, we are parents with a home schooled son with businesses that we run from home, so our busy schedules have forced us into a few cancellations in our time. We will not hold it against you, and will certainly not penalize the decision to cancel. A cancellation for any reason is acceptable and can be refunded with the terms in the above question (deposits).

Rescheduling is much the same, and we will appreciate any and all attempts to keep your session. If however a rescheduling happens within 3 days of your original event date there will be a $25 rescheduling fee due to our need to rearrange plans. If a rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours, 50% of the contract fee will be charged.

All provided information will be safely stored on a secure server, and only ever used for our own reporting (business/taxes). Images will likewise be secured within our personal storage system and made available after your photoshoot for one month for downloading. After the month has passed the download links will be removed, and copies of any images will then only be used for our own marketing purposes.

Yes! Your images are your own and you are free to do with them whatever you wish. The only rights that we retain to them will be outlined within the Release clause of the contract:

"I hereby give Skitt Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that they have taken of myself and those I was photographed with, to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade."
