Our rates vary depending upon the space and its location:

Up to 3,000 sqft. - $175

(0.5 hour on-site, 0.5 hour post-production)

3000 to 5000 sqft. - $200

(1 hour on-site, 1 hour post-production)

5000 sqft+ - $225

(1.5 hour on-site, 1.5 hour post-production)

Terms:

Unlimited images, request a number per room.

Typical turnaround is 48 hours after the end of the session.

Full and web sized images returned in a private online gallery.

Cancellation fee of $50 if canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Additional $35 if the location is more than 20 miles from Oviedo, but no more than 40 miles.

Photoshop requests can be discussed. Minor adjustments can be included if they are small, and requested ahead of time.
